Return and refund policy for LEKI USA

In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased directly from LEKI USA, you may return the item(s) directly to LEKI for a refund credit according to the following terms.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.

Please contact LEKI at (800) 255-9982, Ext. 1 or email service@leki.com to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the product for credit. Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender.

A copy of your original order confirmation email and/or shipment confirmation email document must be included in the box with the returned merchandise.

Upon LEKI's receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase within 3 business days. Please note that any shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not provide return shipping labels.
