Mountaineering, trekking/hiking, cross-country skiing, trail running, Nordic walking, roller skiing/Nordic blading, inline skating, skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing can, by their very nature, be high-risk sports, disciplines and forms of exercise, although this is not an exhaustive list. Please be aware of the risks of your chosen sport. You are responsible for your actions and decisions. Before using this product, please read all the instructions and warnings attached, and familiarise yourself with the appropriate applications and limitations for the relevant sporting activity. If you are in any doubt about how to use this product we recommend you seek additional assistance before use. Not reading or ignoring this warning can lead to heavy injuries or in extreme cases even to death. Check your poles are working correctly before every use and get any damaged or defective parts replaced immediately by a specialist. You must not continue using faulty poles. Check that the locking system remains securely closed and correctly configured, including during use. Please note that the tips of the poles are extremely sharp and can lead to injury or even death in any situation. The functionality of the poles can be impaired by sand, mud, dirt, dust and grime, without this being an exhaustive list.

Do not use the pole or poles as a walking aid in accordance with DIN EN 1985. Poles intended exclusively for trekking, cross-trail, trail running and Nordic walking may not be used for skiing.

This product must not be worked on and/or altered by anybody other than LEKI Lenhart GmbH or one of its sales partners except as part of the approved assembly in accordance with the instruction manual or by an authorised LEKI service partner following the official LEKI assembly instructions. Any other modifications or alterations fail to comply with the approved use and could lead to risks and safety problems. As a consequence, we strongly advise against this. Any warranty given by LEKI Lenhart GmbH expires in the event of such modifications or alterations that are not in accordance with the intended use. Any claims of the product user which are caused by modifications or alterations are excluded.
