Rücksendung bezgl. Rabatt-Vorteil
Da ich als Volunteer am diesjährigen Riesenslamom/Slaom-Spektakel Adelboden mitwirken werde, geniesse ich als Dank für die Mithilfe bei Leki 30% "Volunteer-Rabatt. Bei der ersten Bestellung habe ich die Eingabe des Rabatt-Codes übersehen, was für Leki sofort kein Problem war. Ich durfte die Ware auf "Porto-Kosten" von Leki retourniern, - und Neu bestellen. - Mir wurden die Rücksenungsunterlagen, wie Adresse ect. per Mail zugesandt, obschon man "Diese" auch bequem selber herunterladen konnte. - Sehr grosszügig und kein Thema für Leki! Die Rücksendung der Ware und "Wiederbestellung", wie auch Neu-Lieferung erfolgte umgehend, inkl. den gut verständlichen Vorinformation. - Das Prozedere, - die Ware vor Neu-Lieferung zuerst zurücksenden zu müssen, obschon es sich um den gleichen Artikel handelte, ist für mich sehr gut nachvollziehbar. - Gibt es für diese Sonder-Aktion doch einen bestimmten "Onlineablauf" der es für alle Beteiligten viel einfacher, leichter und fehlerfreier macht, trotz dem Mehraufwand für Porto-Kosten. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung, trotz es mit der Falschbestellung mein Fehler war. - Am Telefon sehr kompetent und hielfsbereit, wie auch das Gefühl, als Kunde sehr geschätzt zu werden, obschon es meine "erste" Bestellung bei Leki war!! con rammarico vi devo comunicare che la misura 7 del guanto non corrisponde a quella reale,avevo un vs guanto della stessa misura che calzava perfettamente,questo e' molto piu lungo e non lo potro' utilizzare,non acquistero' mai piu'direttamente sul sito
