How to order

You can easily place your order in just a few steps via the LEKI webshop:

Step 1: Place the selected items in the shopping cart.
Step 2: Click on the shopping cart symbol at the top right and then on “Go to shopping cart” and “Proceed to checkout”.
Step 3: Choose whether you want to create a customer account or not and enter your personal details.
Step 4: Select a payment method and a shipping option.
Step 5: Accept the general terms and conditions and complete your order.

Terms of delivery

Germany: The shipping costs are €5.95. From an order value of 35,00€ your order is free of shipping costs. Delivery from the Czech Republic via DPD. The delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays.

Austria: The shipping costs amount to 5,95€. From an order value of 35,00€ your order is free of shipping costs. Delivery from the Czech Republic via DPD. The delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays.

Italy: The shipping costs amount to 5,95€. From an order value of 45,00€ your order is free of shipping costs. Delivery from the Czech Republic via DPD. The delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: The shipping costs are CHF 12,00. From an order value of CHF 50,00 your order is free of shipping costs. Delivery from Switzerland is via Swiss Post. The delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays.

Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg: The shipping costs amount to 6,95€. From an order value of 50,00€ your order is free of shipping costs. Delivery from the Netherlands via DHL. The delivery time is 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays.

Shipment tracking

A tracking number of the logistics partner will be provided with the shipping confirmation, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
