General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Scope of application
- The leki.ch online store is aimed at end customers resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
- For all orders via the online store, these GTC apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order.
§ 2 Contractual partner

§ 3 Offer and conclusion of contract
- Our offers on leki.ch constitute a non-binding invitation to order goods in our online store.
- By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. No voucher or discount codes can be claimed after the order has been completed.
- We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail (order receipt confirmation). The purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm the dispatch of the goods in a further e-mail (dispatch confirmation) or at the latest when the goods are delivered.
§ 4 Prices and shipping costs
- The prices stated on the product page include statutory VAT and other price components and are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
- In the event of withdrawal, LEKI shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- In addition to the prices quoted, shipping costs may be incurred depending on the delivery address, quantity of goods and item. Any shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. Further information on shipping & returns can be found under “Help & Contact”.
§ 5 Payment
Payment of the purchase price can be made either by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or TWINT if provided and available on the website. When paying by credit card, the data is transmitted in encrypted form. When paying by credit card, your account will be debited at the time of ordering.
§ 6 Retention of title
Ordered products remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until this time, you may not sell the products, dispose of them or establish third-party rights to them.
§ 7 Delivery
- The delivery dates stated in the online store or in our order confirmation are non-binding approximate times and are calculated from the time of our order confirmation.
- If we are unable to meet the delivery date communicated in our order confirmation, you are entitled to cancel your order in writing. Cancellation is valid if it is received by us after expiry of the delivery date and before the order is dispatched.
- If your order cannot be delivered for unforeseen reasons, the order will be automatically canceled. We will inform you of this and refund any payment already made. You will not be entitled to any further rights in connection with the cancellation. If only part of the ordered goods are available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
§ 8 Evaluation request and publication of customer comments
- After completing the order process, we will send you an evaluation email. This enables you to rate the products you have purchased. Your feedback helps us to continuously improve our products and our service.
- Your rating will be published anonymously on the product page of the respective item. We reserve the right to edit or delete comments that contain inappropriate or unsuitable content in order to ensure the quality and relevance of the published reviews.
- If you do not agree with the publication of your comment, you can object to this at any time. Upon receipt of your objection, the relevant review will be removed immediately.
§ 9 Complaints
- We grant you the mandatory warranty rights to which you are entitled by law.
- You are obliged to inspect the goods received immediately after delivery and to report any defects or deviations from your order to our customer service department at webshop@leki.ch within 14 days. After this period, only hidden defects can be claimed.
- The warranty does not cover defects resulting from an incorrect fit, normal wear and tear, exceeding the product's service life or damage resulting from improper, incorrect or negligent use of the product or product modifications by you. In addition, the warranty does not apply to defects in products that you have not purchased via this website.
- We will remedy defects at our discretion either by repairing or replacing the product or by refunding the purchase price. All other claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The transfer of these defect rights to third parties is excluded.
§ 10 Right of return
You are entitled to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and unused in their original packaging. To do this, register your return truthfully on our returns portal and enclose the generated returns slip with your return. You can find the returns portal under “Help & Contact”. If the return is registered on the returns portal, you will receive a prepaid shipping label, whereby the shipping costs for the return shipment will be borne by the contractor. Please return the goods to the following address:

Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be refunded. If the goods or their original packaging are damaged, we reserve the right to make a corresponding deduction or to charge you for the damage.
§ 11 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of our online store or in connection with orders or contracts concluded via our online store and the products sold by us. Furthermore, we accept no liability for damage caused by third parties commissioned by us (e.g. Swiss Post).
§ 12 Data protection
In order to process the sale, we may collect, obtain from third parties, store, process and forward your personal data to third parties in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. The exact procedure regarding the collection and processing of your personal data and your rights in this regard are set out in detail in our data protection declaration, which you can view under “Data protection”.
§ 13 Final provisions
Should it transpire that individual provisions of these GTC are legally invalid or unenforceable or contain a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the corresponding statutory provisions.
§ 14 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
- The legal relationship between you and the online store leki.ch is subject to substantive Swiss law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
- The place of jurisdiction for consumers is the registered office of Lowa Schuhe AG or the consumer's place of residence. For legal entities, the registered office of Lowa Schuhe AG is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
