Question -
Can I convert my non-trigger pole to a Trigger pole?
Answer -
There currently is no way to convert your non-Trigger pole to become a Trigger or Trigger S pole.

Question -
I've lost my Trigger Strap - What can I do?
Answer -
You can order a new pair of Trigger straps by visiting the Skiing Accessories page or by contacting your LEKI authorized dealer.

Question -
Will a Trigger or Trigger S glove work with any pole?
Answer -
Yes, your LEKI Trigger gloves can be used with any poles...even if they are not Trigger poles. They will just not be able to "click-in". However, a Trigger 1 glove can only "click-in" with a Trigger 1 grip and a Trigger S glove can only "click-in" with a Trigger S grip.

Question -
How should I size my pole?
Answer -
Turn the pole upside down (grip on floor) and grasp/grip the pole just below the basket. Your elbow should be bent at or slightly below a right angle. Please contact your local authorized LEKI dealer if you are not sure what pole size best fits you.

Question -
What does your warranty cover?
Answer -
There is a one year warranty on our Carbon Shaft poles and a two year warranty on Aluminum Shaft poles. The warranty covers shaft breakage only. It does not cover lost straps, broken tips or missing basktets. You can go to your LEKI dealer where you purchased your pole.

Question -
How do I change my baskets?
Answer -
Most baskets twist off and are replaceable. Please check out our accessory page or contact your LEKI dealer.

Question -
When should I use the larger snowflake basket?
Answer -
Most LEKI winter poles come with a performance or alpine basket. You can change your smaller performance basket for deeper powder situations to a snowflake basket or a deep powder basket.

Question -
Your Nordic pole size says "180 cut" for a pole size. What does that mean?
Answer -
That particular pole is sold in size 180 cm; you custom cut to length and attach grips.
