Warranty - Return Authorization information:

Do not send pole repairs to LEKI unless you have a Return Authorization number. RA numbers can be issued by filling out the contact form below. Please include the following in your email:
The full name of your pole, the color of your pole, the type of grip your pole has, and if your pole has antishock.
When sending poles back to LEKI for warranty repair, please send both poles (if a pair) so we can best repair or replace your poles.
Please write your RA# down for further reference; you will need to put the RA number on the outside of the box.
If the RA number is not on the box it will be returned to you. When sending packages to LEKI, please request a tracking number from your carrier (UPS, FedEx, US Mail, Purolator, Etc.). LEKI is not responsible for packages that are unable to be tracked to LEKI.
